Perhaps you want to stop working 24/7 and have time to spend with family and friends. During the call, I will get to understand the bigger picture.
Does it matter if I am not local to you?
Of course not, this is the beauty of me working virtually.

Tools of the trade?
Technology is constantly evolving and most of the time, this works to my advantage. We all track our time and I will send you a time sheet detailing what has been completed during the time. Working with a team of associates, between us, we have experience of different software such as LastPass, Asana, Trello, MailChimp, email systems and more.
Rest assured, we all have insurance and we are registered with the Information Commissioner's Office. You will be issued with a contract and a data processing agreement.
In addition, I (Louisa) am also registered with HMRC for Anti-Money Laundry Supervision, this allows me to carry out simply financial administrative tasks on your behalf, such as chasing outstanding invoices and logging expenses.
I'm interested in working with you but do you have the capacity, to take on new clients?
Yes! If I am unavailable, my small team of associates will be able to assist. I understand how hard it can be to delegate but I work with a few, highly vetted associates. They work with me to ensure your work is completed to a high standard and within the agreed time frame. I will still be the relationship manager but a member of my team will be carrying out the tasks.

As an Executive Assistant and PA with board level experience, I have worked for a number of different businesses within the Corporate and SME sectors.
Throughout my career I have been involved in organising complex, global travel arrangements, email and diary management, implementing processes, arranging events on both a small and larger scale basis, as well as managing people within a HR and recruitment capacity.
I launched Workflow Virtual because I wanted a new challenge and what better way, than to set up my own business.
